Reserving Your Wedding Date

Contact the Church Secretary to assure availability of calendar date, pastor and staff. She can provide you with an Application and other pertinent information. Return the completed application to her with your check, payable to First Presbyterian Church, for the $125.00 security deposit. Please phone the church office within a week after mailing to confirm your wedding date on the church calendar.

Fees

The fee for a non-member formal wedding in the church with no reception is $830.00 (deposit does not apply toward your total cost). This fee includes the services of our staff (see following information) and the use of our facility for two-and-one-half hours. Your final payment is due in the Church Office six (6) weeks prior to your wedding date.

Cancellation Policy

If the wedding should cancel for any reason, prior to 90 days before the wedding $75.00 of the deposit is non-refundable. If the wedding cancels within 90 days of the wedding the entire deposit is non-refundable.

Deposit Refund

The $125.00 deposit is fully refundable if the wedding ceremony is performed and church policies are upheld. Note: We do not permit the use of alcoholic beverages on the church premises. Non –adherence to this policy will cause forfeiture of your wedding deposit.
