Weddings at First Presbyterian Church

We are pleased you are considering First Presbyterian Church for making your marriage vows before God. We hope to extend every possible courtesy, and earnestly wish to assist in maintaining the high standards of beauty and worship associated with weddings at FPC.

We are delighted with the possibility of sharing in the celebration of your love and marriage. We do not require that persons be members of our church family in order to be married in our sanctuary; however, it is necessary that the ceremony be a Christian service and be performed by our pastor (or approved guest pastor).

Marriage is one of the most important steps we take in our lives. In a Christian marriage the bride and groom recognize their relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and desire to enter into a covenant with each other before God and the people present to establish a Christian home. May your wedding in this church be the beginning of a home where God’s overflowing blessings enrich your marriage.
